By placing an order with AnniqueUK you agree to the following terms and conditions.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with UK Law.
We reserve the right to modify the terms and conditions at any time when deemed necessary and you agree to be bound by any such revisions for any further orders placed. All goods and services provided by AnniqueUK must be used in accordance to user guidelines and intended purpose.

PLEASE NOTE the following changes regarding Royal Mail 1st and 2nd Class Standard UK parcels and Standard parcels/Standard airmail to the EU:
ROYAL MAIL HAS MADE THE FOLLOWING IMPORTANT CHANGES TO ITS TERMS AND CONDITIONS REGARDING ROYAL MAIL STANDARD 1ST AND 2ND CLASS and STANDARD AIRMAIL PARCELS to EUROPE taking effect on 9 JANUAURY 2012 regarding compensation for loss or damage of untracked items :"We will no longer pay compensation for the loss or damage of items sent using contract services that do not include a tracking element. This includes both domestic and international services, and is in line with industry standards. Compensation is still available for loss or damage of Special Delivery, Royal Mail Tracked, International Signed For and Airsure. The range of packet services we offer gives you a choice of delivery speeds, tracking capability and levels of compensation".
From 9 January 2012 AnniqueUK can therefore no longer offer compensation/refund or replacement products for parcels that were sent with the following services :
Royal Mail Standard 1st Class,
Royal Mail Standard 2nd Class and
Royal Mail Standard post/Airmail to Europe.
Please consider the following shipping options if you have any concerns using Royal Mail Standard Post:

- Our user friendly Non urgent parcel service
- Combining your order with a friend's order and choosing the Non urgent parcel service
- Signed For / Air Sure services (Europe)
***COLLECT YOUR PARCEL AT A COLLECT+ STORE NEAR WHERE YOU LIVE:
- Add your products to the shopping basket as normal
- Click on "View Cart" in the menu bar at the top of the page
- Click on "Get Rates" to select Collect+as your shipping option
- Click on "select"
- Click on "Checkout"
- Click on the Collect+ link on the Checkout page
- Enter your post code to find your nearest store
- Enter the name and Post code of your nominated shop in the dedicated information box on the Checkout page
- Proceed with payment for your order as normal
- Your nominated Collect+ Store will inform you by text or email when your parcel has arrived and is ready for collection at a time that suits you
- You must collect your parcel within 10 days
With Collect+ you’re protected with online tracking and £50 compensation cover as standard. Please contact us if you want to upgrade (£1 for £100 cover, £3 for £200 cover £5 for £300 cover).
The Prices of our goods shall be as listed on our website at the time the order is placed (or as otherwise agreed in writing). All our prices are in UK Pounds Sterling (GBP). We reserve the right to change our prices from time to time,
All orders must be paid in full, including any delivery charges. Customers are responsible for any extra customs duties or taxes that may be applicable upon delivery.
No order will be processed until payment has been received. The right to supply all or part of the order is reserved at all stages in the order process. You will be notified of any goods temporally out of stock and given an estimated dispatch date. An automated order confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided when the order is placed. Please check your spam or junk mail box if you do not receive the confirmation email in your normal mail box or add us to your safe sender list.
We offer a variety of secure payment options on our website:
Credit/debit card details are processed through our secure Barclaycard ePDQ virtual terminal and are not stored on our server or on our website. We accept card payments over the phone which is processed directly and securely through the Barclaycard ePDQ virtual terminal. We do not accept Amex/American Express cards.
We do not store any credit card details. All online transactions are handled by our secure BarclayCard virtual ePDQ card processor.
We are PCI Compliant.
We accept PayPal and Nochex
We accept Postal Orders, cheques and e-cheques (PayPal). Orders will only be processed after funds have been cleared.

Postage and Delivery
Shipping is determined by the weight of the parcel. Goods shall be dispatched to the Delivery address as specified when the order is placed. We cannot guarantee delivery times and we cannot be held responsible for any goods lost or damaged by the shipping agent including Royal Mail. Ownership and risk of loss transfers to the Customer once the order had been handed over to the shipping agent including Royal Mail. In the case of a lost or delayed parcel you can contact us and we will provide you with as much information as possible in order for you to proceed with filing a claim against the shipping agent including Royal Mail. Please order well in advance if goods are required by a specific date.
If there is no one available during the day to receive or sign for a parcel, please consider using an alternative delivery address like a work address or ask a neighbor to receive the parcel on your behalf. You can leave a note in the Additional Information box on the Checkout page if you want the parcel to be left with a neighbour or in a dedicated safe place. If parcels are returned to us marked as "not called for" by the Royal Mail, postage will be charged again (payable in advance) for re-delivery of the parcel.
All Recorded and Courier parcels, Signed For parcels will need a signature upon delivery. Tracking numbers are available upon request.
Guarantees and Refunds
We want you to be satisfied with your order. All products purchased are covered by our 30 day no quibble guarantee. To cancel, please email, phone or write to us. We cannot accept returned goods which had been used or where the product seal has been broken or removed. If you cancel your order, you must return the goods at you own expense. We will refund the full amount less postage unless we supplied the wrong item. If you receive any product that is damaged or faulty you must notify us within 7 days. Important, we will only refund you if the returned goods are in the same condition as when sold. You must ensure that the goods are packaged adequately to protect against damage and include the original invoice or copy thereof with a covering note. No refund will be issued until the returned goods have been received by us.
