Postage & Privacy

By placing an order with AnniqueUK you agree to the following terms and conditions.

General

We reserve the right to modify the terms and conditions at any time when deemed necessary and you agree to be bound by any such revisions for any further orders placed. All goods and services provided by AnniqueUK must be used in accordance to user guidelines and intended purpose.

Postage and Delivery

Shipping is determined by the weight of the parcel.

Goods shall be dispatched to the Delivery address as specified when the order is placed. We cannot guarantee delivery times and we cannot be held responsible for any goods lost or damaged by the shipping agent or Royal Mail. Ownership and risk of loss transfers to the Customer once the order had been handed over to the shipping agent/Royal Mail. In the case of a lost or delayed parcel you can contact us and we will provide you with as much information as possible in order for you to proceed with filing a claim against the shipping agent/Royal Mail.  Please order well in advance if goods are required by a specific date.

If there is no one available during the day to receive or sign for a parcel, please consider using an alternative delivery address like a work address. You can also leave a note in the Additional Information box on the Checkout page if you want the parcel to be left with a neighbour or in a dedicated safe place. If parcels are returned to us marked as "not called for" by the Royal Mail, postage will be charged for re-delivery.

All Recorded and Courier parcels will need a signature upon delivery and a tracking number is available upon request.

We welcome customers from outside the UK and ship goods worldwide. Please choose your country of residence on the checkout page so that the appropriate shipping can be added to your order. Your total will automatically be converted using up to date exchange rates when your order is processed. Approx € (Euro) and $ (US Dollar) values will be shown on the shopping cart. To ensure no postage is added at a later date, please ensure the correct country is selected in "Your Location" field on the shopping basket.

Prices
The Prices of our goods shall be as listed on our website at the time the order is placed (or as otherwise agreed in writing). All our prices are in UK Pounds Sterling (GBP) along with the estimated equivalent in US Dollars (USD) and Euros. All orders must be paid in full, including any delivery charges. Customers are responsible for any extra customs duties or taxes that may be applicable upon delivery.

Ordering
No order will be processed until payment has been received. The right to supply all or part of the order is reserved at all points in the order process. You will be notified of any goods temporally out of stock and given an estimated dispatch date. An automated order confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided when the order is placed. Please check your spam or junk mail box if you do not receive the confirmation email in your normal mail box or add us to your safe sender list.

Payment
We offer a variety of secure payment options on our website:

Credit/debit card details are processed through our secure Barclaycard ePDQ virtual terminal. We accept card payments over the phone which are processed securely through the Barclaycard ePDQ virtual terminal.

You can use Google Checkout, Paypal or Nochex.

We accept Postal Orders, cheques and e-cheques (PayPal).

We accept Bank transfers.

Please do not send any cash through the post.

Orders will only be processed after funds have been cleared.

Guarantees and Refunds
 We want you to be satisfied with your order. All products purchased are covered by our 30 day no quibble guarantee. To cancel, please email, phone or write to us. We cannot accept returned goods which had been used or where the product seal has been broken or removed. If you cancel your order, you must return the goods at you own expense. We will refund the full amount less postage unless we sent you the wrong item. If you receive any product that is damaged or faulty you must notify us within 7 days. Important, we will only refund you if the goods are in the same condition as when sold. You must ensure that the goods are packaged adequately to protect against damage and include the original invoice or copy thereof with a covering note. No refund will be issued until the returned goods have been received by us.

Privacy
It is a requirement of the order process to provide your e-mail address and address details. Such details are held indefinitely unless you request us to remove them. We respect your privacy and we do not sell, give, or trade any of your personal details to any 3rd parties for any purposes including data-mining or marketing purposes.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with UK Law.
