Annique Lifestyle Shake

"I especially like the Caramel flavour but have tried all but the new Mixed Berry flavour. I usually have it as breakfast mixed with some fruit and milk in a blender. What a delicious smoothie and so quick and easy and I drink my Annique Vitamins at the same time. When it is cold I use some warm milk. It really is a good meal replacement and tastes great, I can see a difference in what I crave the rest of the day and feel quite satisfied. I can really feel a difference in my body and mind and definitely recommend anybody to try it, if not for weight-loss then definitely for the health benefits."
